What type of services does Haven offer?

• Our endocannabinoid massage based treatments are one of a kind because we incorporate Haven High CBD products with our classically licensed and trained massage therapists to provide you with a therapeutic 60, 90 or 120 minute massage. Each therapist will use a combination of modalities that allow for holistic healing, relaxation and rejuvenation to occur

What should I expect for my Haven Signature Treatment?

• Expect to be relaxed! Your treatment begins with taking the Haven full spectrum tincture and once you have completed the intake process with your therapist your session will begin either face down or up according to your therapist's instructions. You will then receive a 60, 90 or 120 minute massage that’s customized to your specific needs and the lotion will be infused with Haven High CBD Salve. Each treatment includes weighted heat therapy and aromatherapy and there are luxurious enhancements to add on to any treatment or if you’re a member then enjoy your complimentary monthly enhancement! What is the Haven CBD Tincture?

• Using a winterized extraction method and blended into MCT oil our product is a hemp derived full spectrum MCT oil sublingual tincture. Full Spectrum means it contains all of the hemp plant matter including all 150+ cannabinoids, terpenes, flavinoids and pure earthiness that came from the hemp plant and mother earth.  It is taken sublingually meaning, under the tongue to be absorbed into our salivary glands which allows the full spectrum to move straight into your bloodstream. 

  • VIewed as a daily supplement, we encourage everyone and their mother to ingest approximately 25-50MGS daily and that is the amount that we offer prior to treatments

  • While still offering a full spectrum of the hemp plant our products are 1500MGS of the specific cannabinoid CBD. We make our products in small batches and they are third party lab tested and display the COA on every bottle

Why do we use a tincture and a topical?

• The ingredients in a topical aren’t dense enough to pass through fatty tissue to be absorbed into our bloodstream. The benefits of a topical are localized while the benefits of a tincture are holistic and the combination during bodywork is incredibly revitalizing inside and out.

Will the tincture get me high?

• No. The Tincture contains less than 0.03% of THC in an entire bottle rendering the tincture completely non psychoactive. 

Will the topical get me high?

• No. Our topical does not contain any products the produce transdermal effects.

How does this even work?

• Each of us has an endocannabinoid system. Literally, just discovered in the 90’s but it is an actual system in our body that is responsible for balancing the rest of the systems in our bodies by producing and receiving cannabinoids. It does this with endocannabinoid receptors which are placed in every major system of our bodies, even our reproductive systems contain endocannabinoid receptors. In the past hemp or cannabis was normally a part of our diets and only in the past hundred years have both plants become illegal and not a part of our diets or most of our lives. Studies are beginning to report back what happens when we ingest the cannabinoids that are bodies naturally make and also receiving supplement from either the hemp or the cannabis plant. When we use the full plant matter of those plants our body and mind comes alive in the same sense that a much needed supplement like vitamin D or Iron can have on the mind and body. 

How quickly does the tincture or topical take to start working?

• None of our products cause a physical or mental reaction. Our body’s endocannabinoid system is unique and it’s deficiency is unique as well. When you take a product that contains full plant matter then the receptors of your endocannabinoid system will uniquely ingest it. Exactly like a multi vitamin. The easiest way to tell if it’s working is to stop taking it and immediately notice the difference in your body.

If I’ve never gotten a massage, what should I expect because this seems different?

• This is a unique but ancient tradition that we’ve turned into an incredibly healing but relaxing experience. Our team consists of professional therapists who are at the top of their field, ready to answer any questions and are eager to show you how life changing therapeutic body work can be.

What should I do before my treatment to prepare?

• Nothing! 

What should I do after my treatment to further my results?

• Drink LOTS of water to aid the detoxification process. Rest, rest, rest for at least twelve hours and follow your treatment with an epsom salt bath (shop cbd infused bath bombs)
